a handmade christmas

Here are a few of my latest creations.

These are some of the earrings that I made and gave as Christmas gifts for the girls in my Bible study small group.

I made this festive little shirt for my work Christmas party.  I didn't have a pattern, just an idea in my head.  So, I grabbed a shirt from my closet that had a similar cut for what I was looking for.  I laid it out on the fabric and cut out a front piece and back piece, leaving enough extra for seams and hems.  Then, I sewed the two pieces together and added the ruffled piece around the neck.  There should be more handmade clothing coming soon.  A little birdie (one of the many in my house) told me that Santa is bringing me a dressform!!!!
